Ocean's Eight (Gary Ross)

Danny Ocean's sister Debbie attempts to pull off the heist of the century at New York City's star-studded annual Met Gala. Her first stop is to assemble the perfect all-female crew: Lou, Rose, Daphne Kluger, Nine Ball, Tammy, Amita, and Constance.

Starring: Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Elliott Gould, Richard Armitage, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna, Dakota Fanning, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson, James Corden

❤️ When I first heard about this movie I was not sure I wanted to see it. I loved all the other Ocean's films and I was afraid I would be disappointed; and I am not a fan of all-female remakes either: you do not have to dump every man to make a point.
But I was actually surprised in a good way. To begin with, the story behind this being a female-only film makes sense; it was funny; and the whole set-up was interesting with a twist at the end.
Sandra Bullock was brilliant in her role (well, she is Sandy, no question about that!)
And George Clooney was also present without being actually there (no spoilers).
This is, overall, a fun film to watch!
