This must be the place (Umberto Contarello, Paolo Sorrentino)

A wealthy former rock star, now bored in his retirement, embarks on a quest to find his father's persecutor, an ex-Nazi war criminal now hiding out in the U.S.A. Having been estranged for over 30 years, it is only after his father's death that Cheyenne learns the true extent of his dad's humiliation in Auschwitz - an event he is determined to avenge. However, as he tracks down his target, Cheyenne must finally decide if it is redemption he seeks.

Starring: Sean Penn, Frances McDormand, Judd Hirsch, Eve Hewson, Kerry Condon

My thoughts on this film: Sean Penn was very well characterised and his acting was good, although I am not really a fan. The film also had a few funny moments and Cheyenne really reminded me of Ozzy Osborne. However, this movie was a little slow, some scene changes were too fast and seemed a bit out of place; The music kept on appearing out of nowhere and did not really seem to have a reason for being there, or maybe I just did not follow; At times, I almost fell asleep; I did not understand part of the story and, although I love movies about the Holocaust, this one did not seem to have a background to it, as if the writers just wanted the Holocaust in there for no particular reason, with no grounds for such decisions.
