Et maintenant on va où? (Nadine Labaki, Rodney Al Haddid, Thomas Bidegain, Jihad Hojeily, Sam Mounier)
A group of Lebanese women try to ease religious tensions between Christians and Muslims in their village.
Starring: Claude Baz Moussawbaa, Leyla Hakim, Nadine Labaki, Yvonne Maalouf, Antoinette Noufaily, Julian Farhat, Ali Haidar, Kevin Abboud, Petra Saghbini
Why I loved this film: At first I thought the dancing and singing was a little ridiculous but I was soon over it. Nadine Labaki found a fun and funny way of passing the message that religious wars are stupid and we all should rather consider love, peace and tolerance. The movie transports you through many different emotions, feeling touched, happy and sad. While the first part had everyone laughing out loud, the following minutes had the audience reaching for their tissues. The end was a funny and touching surprise.
Overall I loved it, now I hope Nadine's message can reach the whole world.
